What Are the Potential Consequences of a DUI/DWI Conviction?

You will be able to get a paper license, or limited driving privileges, that will allow you to perform certain necessary driving, such as to work or school, after 10 days. After that full 30 days has passed, you will get your driver's license back until you go to court, where you will be facing a one-year suspension. Refusal to blow or a high blood alcohol content (BAC), will bring more severe penalties.
